Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Time (U.S. Orders)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Delivery times and rates vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Free of alterations, odors, or signs of wear

Final Sale Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Wigs that have been worn or styled

  • Opened crochet or braiding hair

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds
Approved returns will be issued as store credit within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.


Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right!
